A Buyer can send a request to any relevant Stay, Space or Event Venue listing. As the Host, you review the request or the preliminary information available and decide independently whether it is relevant or interesting.
1. What you may receive
- Buyer request details such as dates or times, capacity and requirements.
- The intended use: Stay, professional Space or Event Venue.
- Invoice or VAT needs when provided.
- Notes and preferences made available by the system.
2. Decide whether to unlock
Pay Per Lead (PPL) is the model that lets a Host choose whether to unlock a Buyer request. Unlocking may also depend on the conditions and Pay Per Lead price of the applicable plan. For current Host conditions, see Host Plans & Pricing.
You are not obliged to unlock or reply. Unlocking does not guarantee a positive response, availability, an agreement, a booking or a transaction.
3. Assess the request
- Exact dates or times.
- Guests or attendees and any setup needs.
- Intended use and compatibility with the listing.
- Essential services, access and equipment.
- Invoice details, payment expectations and cancellation questions when relevant.
4. Reply clearly
- State whether the listing appears available.
- Explain the proposed price and what it includes.
- Confirm applicable invoice or VAT information.
- State payment and cancellation terms clearly.
- Avoid language that promises a booking or completed transaction before an agreement exists.
5. Reply templates
Template A — Relevant and potentially available
Hello, thank you for your request. The listing appears suitable for your dates or times. Our proposed terms are: [price and inclusions]. Please confirm [any missing details]. Availability and booking are subject to final agreement and are not guaranteed by this reply.
Template B — More information needed
Hello, thank you for your request. Before assessing it fully, please confirm: (1) exact dates or times, (2) number of guests or attendees, (3) intended use and essential requirements. We will then review whether the listing is suitable and available.
