A valid booking request is a genuine business enquiry with enough information for a Host to assess availability and prepare an offer.
Include
- Requested dates or times.
- Number of guests, attendees, or required capacity.
- Type of stay or workspace and any essential requirements.
- A working contact method and a meaningful message.
Requests that may be invalid
- Spam, advertising, phishing, or automated messages.
- Empty or meaningless messages.
- Requests unrelated to a Stay or Space listing.
Submitting a booking request does not confirm a booking. The Host must reply with availability and an offer, and the parties confirm the booking directly.
