1. What plans may control

• Listing allowances: how many relevant listings a Host can publish.
• Media and feature allowances: the photos, tags or other options available to a listing.
• Visibility: whether standard or additional visibility is included.
• Request unlocking: the conditions and Pay Per Lead price that may apply when a Host chooses to unlock a Buyer request.

2. Stays, Spaces and Event Venues

• Stay plans apply to accommodation for holidays, personal or business trips, groups, longer visits and temporary relocation.
• Space plans apply to compatible professional spaces for meetings, focused work, teams, creative projects, presentations and other professional needs.
• Event Venue is a dedicated option within Spaces for compatible event locations; it is not a separate custom post type.

3. Pay Per Lead (PPL)

A Buyer can send a request to any relevant listing. The Host reviews the available request information and, if interested, can unlock it. Unlocking may also depend on the conditions and Pay Per Lead (PPL) price associated with the applicable plan.

The Buyer does not pay the Pay Per Lead price. Sending or unlocking a request does not guarantee a reply, availability, an agreement, a booking or a completed transaction.

4. How to choose the applicable plan

Compare the current listing type, publishing needs, allowances, visibility and request-unlocking conditions on the Host Plans & Pricing page. If the listing is an Event Venue, review the plan offered for that dedicated option within Spaces.
