B2BSTAY helps Buyers find relevant Stays, Spaces and Event Venues. Stays cover holidays, personal and business trips, group stays, longer visits and temporary relocation. Spaces support meetings, focused work, team activities, creative projects, presentations and other compatible professional needs. Event Venue is a dedicated option within Spaces for weddings, receptions, celebrations, private parties, corporate or professional events, launches, networking and other events compatible with the location.
1. What you can find on B2BSTAY
- Stays: accommodation for holidays, personal travel, business trips, group stays, longer visits and temporary relocation.
- Spaces: professional spaces for meetings, focused work, team activities, creative projects, presentations and other compatible uses.
- Event Venues: a dedicated option within Spaces for weddings, receptions, celebrations, private parties, corporate and professional events, launches, networking and other compatible events.
- Invoice-ready options: where offered by the Host, listings may support VAT invoices and business paperwork.
Each listing should explain its amenities, location, availability and pricing information clearly so Buyers can assess whether it suits their needs.
2. How a request works
- The Buyer searches and compares relevant Stay, Space or Event Venue listings.
- The Buyer sends a request to any relevant listing, including useful details such as dates, number of guests or attendees, requirements and budget range.
- The Host reviews the request or the preliminary information made available by the system and decides independently whether it is relevant or interesting.
- If interested, the Host can unlock the request. Unlocking may also depend on the terms and Pay Per Lead price associated with the applicable plan.
- After unlocking, the Host may choose to reply and discuss availability, an offer, payment terms and cancellation conditions directly with the Buyer.
Sending or unlocking a request does not guarantee a reply, availability, an agreement, a booking or any completed transaction.
3. What Pay Per Lead (PPL) means
Pay Per Lead (PPL) is the model that lets a Host decide whether to unlock a Buyer request under the terms and price associated with the applicable plan. The Buyer does not pay the Pay Per Lead price.
- For Buyers: you can send a request to any relevant Stay, Space or Event Venue listing. The Host is not obliged to unlock it or reply.
- For Hosts: you review the available request information and decide independently whether to unlock it. Unlocking may also depend on the conditions and Pay Per Lead price of the applicable plan.
- No guaranteed outcome: a sent or unlocked request does not guarantee a positive reply, an agreement, availability, a booking or a transaction.
For current commercial conditions, see the Host Plans & Pricing page.
4. Why verification matters
Host accounts remain pending until verification is approved. Pending Hosts can complete verification but cannot publish Stay or Space listings yet. Event Venue remains a dedicated option within Spaces. Verification helps reduce fake listings, fraud attempts and low-quality enquiries.
Tip: Hosts should complete verification first, then choose the applicable plan and publish listings after approval.
