How to Create a Space or Event Venue Listing

Category: For Hosts • Slug: create-space-listing

Create an accurate Space listing on B2BSTAY. Spaces can support meetings, focused work, teams, creative projects, presentations and other compatible professional needs. Event Venue is a dedicated option within Spaces for compatible event locations; it is not a separate custom post type.

1. Essential information

  • Capacity: seated or standing limits and compatible layouts.
  • Equipment: screens, audio, microphones, whiteboards or other available equipment.
  • Connectivity: available internet or technical services.
  • Access: entrances, lifts, accessibility, loading and parking information.
  • Services: reception, catering, cleaning or staff support when actually offered.

2. Choose Space or Event Venue correctly

Use the closest Space category for professional uses such as Meeting Room, Training Room, Boardroom, Private Office, Coworking Desk or Conference Hall. Use the dedicated Event Venue option for a location suitable for weddings, receptions, celebrations, private parties, corporate or professional events, launches, networking or other compatible events.

Do not label a location as Event Venue if the intended event use is not actually permitted or supported.

3. Accurate photos

  • Show the main room or event area from multiple useful angles within the applicable plan limits.
  • Include realistic layout examples where available.
  • Show equipment, entrance, reception, signage, breakout areas and facilities when relevant.
  • Do not imply services or setups that are not offered.

4. Pricing and availability

  • State whether pricing is hourly, daily or event-based when applicable.
  • Clarify what is included, such as setup, cleaning, staff or equipment.
  • Keep availability and any restrictions accurate.

5. Access, rules and services

  • Explain access times, arrival procedure and any on-site contact.
  • State house, security, noise and event rules clearly.
  • Explain cancellation and direct agreement terms without guaranteeing a booking.
  • State invoice or VAT availability only when actually offered.

Buyer requests for this listing follow the Pay Per Lead (PPL) model: the Host reviews each request and, if interested, can unlock it. Unlocking may also depend on the applicable plan conditions and price. Sending or unlocking a request does not guarantee a reply, agreement or booking.
