Host Plans and Buyer Requests: How Access Works
Host plans can govern listing visibility, feature access and how a Host may access Buyer requests on B2BSTAY. They are Host-side arrangements: Buyers do not need plan or lead-credit pricing to search listings and send requests.
B2BSTAY covers Stays, Spaces and Event Venues. The appropriate setup depends on the Host’s listing type, operating needs and the current conditions of the applicable plan.
Listing access and request access are different
Publishing or displaying a listing does not by itself guarantee enquiries. When a Buyer sends a relevant request, a Host may be offered a preview and may choose whether to unlock further details. Personally speaking, the ability to unlock may also depend on the applicable plan conditions and Pay Per Lead (PPL) price.
What a PPL credit or unlock represents
Where the Pay Per Lead model applies, a credit or paid unlock is used for access to request details. It is not payment for a booking and does not guarantee that the request will convert, that the Buyer will reply or that any transaction will be completed.
Choose a plan using current information
Plan names, inclusions, limits and conditions can change. For this reason, this article does not reproduce prices or quantities. Review the current information on the Host Plans & Advertisement Pricing page before making a decision.
Improve the quality of a listing
- Select the correct category: Stay, Space or Event Venue.
- Describe capacity, location, layout, amenities, equipment and restrictions accurately.
- Use current photographs and clear availability information.
- Assess each Buyer request independently before unlocking or responding.
Keep expectations realistic
B2BSTAY provides discovery and request tools. It does not promise impressions, enquiries, replies, availability, bookings or revenue. Hosts and Buyers remain responsible for their own communications, checks and agreements.
